New company start up online marketing strategy..

All this strategy stuff is OK of course.  But if you are a start-up the most important thing you need to find out is whether you can (a) do the business and (b) make a profit out of it.  I have been involved in startups where everything was happening instead of selling so we didn't know after a long time whether the concept actually worked.

20 grand a month will get you significant  instant business via Pay Per Click within days of starting the campaign.  Within weeks you will know if the business works.  If you hit a snag you can turn off the tap until the wrinkles are ironed out then turn it on again.   If your operationss are overwhelmed you can throttle down the business.

This may or may not be the long-term strategy for you.  You need to do the math on that, it is not rocket science (conversion rate * profit < or > cost per click ).  But you can prove your business model now, and get the operations up to scratch now, rather than waiting months for a search engine strategy to work or an advertising campaign to be set up.

But get a professional to help you.  Several in this group.  This is not for the DIYer.  I would not look for anything else in the first quarter of business.
