Campaign for real web localisation

I am looking for examples of 'real' web localisation, what I mean by that is not websites with a few translated pages and a couple of flags on the homepage.

Ideally I would like to find websites where there has been a genuine effort to accommodate cultural and language differences by adapting not only the content but also the layout, use of colours, photography, etc.

As always any help would be greatly appreciated.
