Hi Pascal

You should read the thread "Best web directories for organic link building" for more information on this topic.

But the basic answers is - don't bother with these directories.

At the very best they might help you get your site spidered but that's only valuable if your site hasn't already been spidered, which I'm sure it has. Also you could still do a better and cheaper job of that using Online PR rather than buying directory links.

Invest the money you save in creating more good content for your own site!
