Jonathan - excellent campaign, I fully support you.

(I've kids aged around 10)

I can't see how on the gambling side at least, that MSN have a legal leg to stand on -but I'm not a lawyer...

Some Googling shows that AOL have rules on their advertisers, that sound like they'd prevent things in their Kids Channel
