I reckon it is because in line 19 of your code, you have <body > instead of <body>. I claim the prize if right (I'll happily take a "how Receptional fixed our site's SEO" article...)
Looking at your home page through a text only viewer may provide a clue. the one I used gave the following back, which suggests that somehow there is something wrong with the way the asp is rendering. If I was msnbot and read what I've cut and pasted below, I probably wouldn't index the page either. Have a look and see if there's a reason why I got this in my text viewer.

To compound matters, MSN isn't handling 301 redirects particularly well at the moment.
