I'm sorry to say that I have no further advice to give you, but it seems that you are not the only ones to suffer. It appears that hellomagazine.com has had exaclly the same problem since August. I wonder who else might be affected?

To compound matters, MSN isn't handling 301 redirects particularly well at the moment.
