Collaborative Information Request to Forum Members:

I work for a Telco in Singapore (formerly working for subsidiary Telco based in Sydney, Australia) where I am heading up the Web/ eBusiness team.

Problem: To convince the CEO that we need a dedicated full time web team (* we currently have fragmented teams dealing with churn requests - I need to rebuild the entire online offerings and want a dedicated team to do this with)  with various skills including developers, designers, usability engineers, information architects, content writers, measurement / seo analysts, business & IT project managers.

Solution: to ask you how many people make up your web teams. With a view to showing that to get results we need xxx people involved.
