Some of you may have come across the controversial article written by the Shadow Chancellor George Osborne for The Times . The team at The North East Regional Portal and our partners felt strongly about some of the comments so much so that the reactions were summarised in a white paper and submitted to the Shadow Chancellor.

It occured to me that this would be of interest to the members so here it is:
