The deadline for the Call for Judges is this coming Monday (31st July) and all who wish to be considered as a judge for the BIMAs 2006 should send their application to the BIMA office by close of business on that day.
This year the judging panel will be made up exclusively of senior practitioners working within the interactive industry. The process used for selecting the judge in 2005 was an exceptional success and we intend to repeat the Call for Judges. With this in mind we invite people working within the interactive industries, who would like to be considered as a judge for the BIMA Awards 2006, to e-mail judge2006@bima.co.uk
Please include the following informationJudges will need to attend at least one full day of judging in London and will be selected by a panel made up of elected members of the BIMA Executive Committee. All will be notified by e-mail whether or not applications have been successful. The deadline for the Call for Judges is July 31st 2006
If I am a judge, can I still submit entries for the Awards?Putting forward a judge for the BIMAs™ 2006 does not preclude a company/agency from entering the Awards. Judges are asked to declare, and not to vote on, any items presented to them for judging in which they have an interest. The totals will be adjusted to accommodate any votes that cannot be cast.
Kind regards,
Paul Walsh
