Does that mean you have already got the important things figured out? Or do you think the look and feel is the most important aspect of the site.
Business to business is all about content, and allowing the customer or prospect to find the content that they need as quickly and easily as they can. So the important issues are about content, structure and navigation. It has to look OK of course, not like something your brother-in-law knocked up, but no-one is going to than you for a brilliant look if they can't find their way around.
Number one mistake in my book is to do what every salesman in the world is told to do - sell benefits. I have seen people screaming at their computer
"By what the f*&ck do you guys actually DO!!"
