It was not too clear to me if you are only interested in female Search Engine Marketeers or also other areas of internet marketing, like affiliate marketing, PPC etc.

Whatever you are exactly looking for, you might find several women in the industry at the A4U forum at http://www.a4uforum.co.uk.
