    avatar Dear Paul

May I suggest you also link to www.theidm.com?

dave-chaffey.jpg That's a good collection, there a couple of resources I would add to help on legal guidance:

E-mail Marketing Council - DMA Best-Practice Guidelines - covers legal constraints on different types of e-mail marketing activities - B2B, Viral, Rented list, etc

E-mail Guidance notes for marketers - from information commissioner

E-mail Marketing trends Doubleclick (see also http://emea.doubleclick.com)

I have links to other free resources here which  support my E-mail Marketing book

    avatar Hi Paul,
I'm sure you don't want to include any of our resources on your website but there are a couple of data providers I would recommend.

Datalocator Interactive - in our experience they offer by far the best B2C email data available in the UK
    http://www.datalocator.com/

1 Stop Data - they are a traditional list broker which can help source any B2B and B2C data for you.
