Another good reason for not simply using "click here" though is accessibility for the disabled..which is prominent now with the disability discrimination act. Any blind or partially sighted visitors who've just set their screen readers to "browse links" mode (so it only reads the links rather than the entire page) will just hear "click here" all the time which. Descriptive links make you site a lot more accessible for the disabled
