GOOGLE VERSUS OVERTURE

Hi,

You might like to consider a bid management system like WSPS's BidBuddy. WSPS automatically manage bids across all the major search engines according to preset strategies such as a maximum cost per aquisition (CPA) or ROI target - that you define. WSPS can do this by tracking ROI using our ROIstats module, which uses javascript page tagging. Our account managers closely manage your budget, and our editorial team compose powerful PPC ads that increase clickthroughs, helping you to acheive ROI targets. This technology and managed service is charged on a percentage of your total spend, so there is no start up cost.
If you are not sure about the value that Google or Overture can offer you at which bid price, we can help you manage bids across both networks according to the maximium bids you are prepared to pay and the ROI you would like to acheive. If you end up spending x amount on a keyword that turns out to be quite profitable, we can then calculate if there is a new max bid price that you could spend if you wanted to, whilst till remaining profitable. This of course means you can get higher positioning, thus maximising your exposure, and therefore chances of clickthrough.
Remember with Google that it isn't necessarily all about the bid price. Your CTR is very important to Google, so your ad copy needs to be very attractive to get a high CTR.
If you would like to know more, you can find us at www.wsps.co.uk
Many thanks,
Matt
