I was recently asked about interactive chat or customer service agent technology / service providers. Specifically I was asked whether I was aware of anyone other thanLivePerson.
I'm aware of a couple of others, but none that I know which have live implementations in the UK or really seem to compete in any meaningful way with LivePerson.
Surely there must be active competitors out there? Anyone know who they are? Anyone got any comments or insight in terms of interactive chat / online customer service solutions for the UK market?
