What happened to advertising that provided answers and solutions to problems. Introduced products that people wanted and services people needed.
What happened to marketing based on sheer integrity and trust. What happened to the honest sales man who really was after your own interest.
How did spam become the main focus of businesses marketing strategies. How did cold calling become a nuisance.
What happened to the way we do business. Have we sunk so low, that we have come to serve money rather than ourselves.
Where every free service or piece of free information comes at a price of sharing your details with third parties you do not wish to be contacted by.
I sincerely believe we have to rethink the way we market and advertise our products and services. Integrity, honesty, respect and selflessness is not old fashion and it is still the key to a successful business.
