Blogging is Here to Stay

I don't see blogging as an alternative to newsletters, just another tool to deliver the same content.  Whether the punter gets their information:

  • By visiting a web site
  • By using an RSS feed
  • In their inbox

Is up to them.  Different users will have different reasons for preferring one or the other.  I don't see email as going away simply because having information plonked in your inbox every morning is for many (if not most) people the most convenient way to receive it.
