I liked the fact that you put Bill Gates after Tim Ireland! ;o)

Blogs are overhyped - most people's lives are rather boring and if everyone started posting that kind of driven then no one would bother reading blogs. Blogs are personal - businesses aint. In fact businesses don't like personalities because it makes it harder to, ummmm, replace them.

So what if Bill Gates _now_ thinks that blogs for business are a must - just look at how many totally other "great" ideas he had. Ok, maybe not wrong, but definately what I would call "ahead of their time".
