As a Wheel Producer, you'll be the central point of contact on a project between clients & teams. You'll take responsibility for the effective management of workstreams, producing the best quality work possible, under time & budget constraints, while staying focused on the client and overall project objectives.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Good client management
Brand awareness
Requirements gathering techniques
Wire framing / site mapping
Customer research / usability testing
Project administration
Understanding of latest industry best practice of website and form-based interfaces
Understanding of Tracking and measurement of customer and site activity
At least 1 year's production experience in website specification and design - additional experience in online/offline advertising production is also desirable.
Strong analytical mindset, understanding of business, customer and brand considerations and their impact on the design process.
Basic understanding of principles of Usability testing, Information Architecture and User Journeys.
Ability to produce simple site maps, storyboards and decision support tool processes
Effective communicator, and confident when questioned by clients on research and design work
An effective leader of small teams, with the ability to control the quality and scope

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define workstream scope and the resources required to deliver it
Lead the production team to develop the project to scope, quality, time & budget
Deliver multiple workstreams within projects from initial requirement gathering through to user acceptance testing
Work closely with Client Services and Strategy & Planning teams to bring industry-leading digital channel and marketing solutions to our clients.
