Couldn't have said them better myself ;)

I think you've covered all the areas that we hear about as being important in the commercial world. The only thing I might add, which is somewhat more prosaic, is the legal environment within which all of this e-marketing has to happen - data protection, permission levels, sharing of data, accessibility etc.
