Self Description	I'm the User Experience Director at PRWD, a usability and software development agency based in the North West. We follow a comprehensive User Centered Design approach to improve and develop software systems and web applications, using methods such as field studies, business process analysis, persons, card sorting, user testing, information architecture, wireframing and interaction design. I previously worked for 6 years in user experience at Shop Direct Group.
